BAIC BluePark's premium brand is aiming to arrive in Pakistan with its T1 and T5 SUVs in the NEV Segment
Islamabad/Rawalpindi: Chinese electric vehicle brand Arcfox is entering Pakistan and will officially unveil its models on October 4, 2027. Arcfox is a premium electric brand by BAIC BluePark, a subsidiary of BAIC Group. BAIC is present in Pakistan through a partnership with Sazgar, which is also handling Arcfox’s launch in Pakistan. Sazgar is already importing other Chinese brands including Haval, Tank & Cannon, and BAIC.
Arcfox announced its upcoming launch in Pakistan through its official social media pages, where it has also teased some of the incoming vehicles. While Arcfox’s global lineup is not very big at the moment, the models coming to Pakistan so far have been confirmed to be the Arcfox Alpha T5 and Arcfox T1. While Arcfox offers other models in its global lineup as well, their launch in Pakistan has not been confirmed at this point.
The Arcfox Alpha T5 is a premium compact smart electric SUV that is built for mass transportation. It offers a family-friendly ‘health cabin’ environment, up to 520-560 Km of driving range, and a Level 2 ADAS suite. It is offered in a REEV setup with a 1.5L petrol engine and a 268 hp electric motor, which delivers 365 Nm of torque. It is powered by a 27.4 kWh CATL battery offering a pure electric driving range of 215 Km with a combined range of 1,215 Km.

Inside, it has a premium Qualcomm Snapdragon-powered infotainment system, a 15-inch Heads-Up Display, a panoramic moonroof, a 10-way power-adjustable heated sports driver’s seat and a 400-litre trunk.

The smaller Arcfox T1 is a pure electric city commuter with an urban crossover/hatchback design. It is aimed at competing with the likes of BYD Dolphin and MG4. It comes with a FWD electric motor that produces 95 hp and 176 Nm of torque and offers multiple driving modes, including an ultra-efficient Eco Plus setting to save as much electricity as possible.

Its 42.3 kWh LFP battery is able to deliver up to 425 km on the CLTC cycle, with support for ultra-fast charging using a high-speed rail-derived drivetrain tech that allows the battery to flash-charge from 30% to 80% in just 16.9 minutes. Inside, it has a minimalistic cabin with a massive 15.6 HD touchscreen, a panoramic sunroof, a 360-degree camera system, leather seating, and an advanced thermal management system for consistent battery range in winter.

These are the global specifications of the Arcfox T1 and T5, and with October 4 right around the corner, we will have our first look at Arcfox’s complete range, which is coming to Pakistan.
