Ferrari Unveils One-Off CZ26 Based on the SF90 Stradale

Ferrari's one-off Special Projects creation uses the SF90 Stradale as its foundation while receiving a completely bespoke design inside and out.

Ferrari has unveiled the CZ26, a one-off supercar created through its Special Projects Programme for a U.S. client. Designed by Ferrari’s Design Studio under the direction of Flavio Manzoni, the CZ26 takes the technical foundation of the SF90 Stradale and gives it a completely bespoke exterior and interior design.

The project started with the client’s vision of creating a highly personalized Ferrari. Rather than developing an entirely new platform, Ferrari used the SF90 Stradale as the foundation while creating a new interpretation of the high-performance Berlinetta. The result features a distinctly horizontal design language and a two-box silhouette that separates it visually from the original SF90.

At the front, the CZ26 features a redesigned cooling and airflow management system, including a repositioned central radiator pack and dedicated bypass ducts. Ferrari also redesigned the underbody and vortex-generator system to improve aerodynamic balance and front-axle downforce. On the back, the CZ26 features a bespoke aerodynamic treatment, further distinguishing this one-off from the original SF90.

The body is finished in an exclusive Argento Veloce silver paint with a liquid-like appearance, complemented by Rosso Lampante details and pigmented carbon-fiber elements. Ferrari also designed a unique set of wheels for the CZ26, combining a gloss-black paint with a shot-peened surface treatment. On the rear, a set of natural-finish titanium exhaust tailpipes complete the exterior.

Coming to its interior, it continues with a bespoke selection offering black technical fabric, especially designed seat inserts produced using additive manufacturing, and red detailing matching the exterior. The cabin also incorporates different types of carbon fiber, including a gloss finish with metallic filaments woven into the material. A dedicated CZ26 logo is found on the seats that adds another layer of personalization.

In terms of technical specifications, despite the dramatically different appearance, the CZ26 retains the same specs as the Ferrari SF90 Stradale. The donor car features a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 paired with three electric motors as part of its PHEV powertrain. The SF90’s complete system produces around 1,000 hp and can accelerate from 0 -100 km/h in approximately 2.5 seconds.

The Ferrari Special Projects Programme is a special division inside Ferrari where selected clients can work directly with Ferrari’s designers to create highly individual vehicles. Unlike a limited-production model, the CZ26 is a one-off, meaning this particular combination of design and specification will remain exclusive to its commissioning client. Ferrari has not disclosed the client’s identity or the price paid for the vehicle.
