MG Confirms July 29 Pakistan Launch for the New ZS HEV
MG Pakistan has confirmed the July 29 reveal, with the teaser strongly pointing toward the second-generation MG ZS HEV.
MG Pakistan has confirmed the MG ZS HEV launch date for Pakistan to be July 29, 2026, marking the arrival of the company’s latest hybrid SUV in the B-segment compact SUV category. For the past few days, MG has been teasing the launch of a brand-new SUV, and now we have a confirmation about the exact model and its full reveal date.
Although MG Pakistan has not officially revealed the model’s name, the latest teaser provides a clear look at several design elements that closely match the second-generation MG ZS HEV sold in international markets. Based on the teaser, it appears the company is preparing to introduce the hybrid SUV to Pakistan. This is similar to the latest MG HS Hybrid+, which was launched in Pakistan a few weeks ago.

The MG ZS HEV is MG’s compact B-segment SUV positioned below the larger MG HS and goes directly in competition with other C-segment SUVs like KIA Stonic, Suzuki Fronx, and Honda HR-V. Bear in mind that in this range, the Pakistani market favors hybrid vehicles, and the MG ZS EV will be right at home. Compared to the outgoing model, the second-generation ZS adopts MG’s latest design language with slimmer LED lighting, a larger front grille, a more sculpted profile, and a redesigned rear end, giving the SUV a noticeably more modern appearance.
