Chery Pakistan Has Increased Prices of its Tiggo PHEV Line-up
The price hike comes after government increased the sales tax on hybrid vehicles in the new auto policy
Chery Master Pakistan has announced a significant price increase for its entire Tiggo PHEV lineup. The new prices came after the government increased the sales tax for locally assembled hybrids. However, Chery has announced that the new prices will come into effect starting August 1, 2026, so any customers who place their orders by July 31, 2026, will secure their vehicle at a special discounted price.
According to the latest price hike, the smallest SUV Tiggo 7 now costs Rs. 10,949,000; its big brother Tiggo 8 PHEV will cost Rs. 12,999,000, while the flagship Tiggo 9 PHEV will cost 15,749,000. This is the biggest price increase that Chery SUVs have seen since their launch, but this increase is not coming from the factory, but rather due to increased taxes.
