Pak Suzuki Issues Recall For Suzuki Alto and Swift Over Faulty Rear Hub Bolt
Affected Alto and Swift owners are being urged to visit authorized dealerships after the faulty bolt was found to pose a potential wheel-locking risk.
Pak Suzuki has issued a recall for the Suzuki Alto and Swift models manufactured between May 2025 and November 2025 due to a faulty rear hub bolt. The company is asking owners of affected vehicles to visit their nearest Suzuki dealership and have the component replaced free of charge.
Important Details About the Recall:
| Vehicles Affected | Suzuki Alto and Suzuki Swift |
| Manufacturing Period | May 2025 to November 2025 |
| Issue | Rear Hub Bolt May Loosen |
| Remedy | Free replacement at authorized Suzuki Dealerships |

According to the official notification, the affected Alto and Swift models were fitted with a rear hub bolt that may loosen due to vibrations during driving. If it gets loose, it could fall into the brake drum and cause a brake drag. In extreme cases, this could result in wheel locking while the vehicle is in motion, increasing the risk of a serious accident.
Due to the potential safety risk, Pak Suzuki is urging owners of vehicles manufactured during the affected period to have the component inspected and replaced by an authorized dealership. The replacement will be carried out free of charge. The company has also provided an official helpline for customers seeking additional information about the recall, which is: 021-111-789-854

This is not the first time that Pak Suzuki is issuing a recall for the Suzuki Alto. Back in 2022, all Alto variants manufactured in 2019, 2020, and 2021 were recalled due to a rusted or corroded fuel filler neck that risked fuel leakage. While it was offered free to all customers as well, it still caused a worldwide panic as owners rushed to dealerships in order to get their parts replaced.
For the latest recall, owners of Suzuki Alto and Swift vehicles manufactured between May 2025 and November 2025 should contact their nearest Suzuki dealership to confirm whether their vehicle is affected and arrange the free replacement.
