Capital Smart Motors Begins JMEV EV3 Deliveries in Pakistan
Capital Smart Motors begins customer deliveries of its affordable electric hatchback, starting from Rs. 4.899 million.
Islamabad/Rawalpindi: Capital Smart Motors has announced the start of customer deliveries for the JMEV EV3 in Pakistan. The new electric hatchback enters the country’s affordable EV segment and will compete with models such as the MG Binguo EV, Kaiyi e-Qute 04, and Honri Ve. With a starting price below Rs. 5 million, the EV3 is positioned as a more accessible fully electric vehicle for Pakistani buyers.
Capital Smart Motors is offering the JMEV EV3 in two different trim levels. The entry-level Comfort variant is priced at Rs. 4,899,000, while the Premium variant is priced at Rs. 4,999,999. It features a 30.24 kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery that provides a city range of around 330 km per charge. Its motor delivers 95 kW of power along with 180 Nm of torque. The EV3 also comes with a Level 2 ADAS suite, a 360-degree camera, and Blind Spot Detection, features that remain relatively uncommon in this price range and vehicle category in Pakistan.

JMEV EV3 targets a segment that is largely dominated by SUVs and other bigger vehicles because the electric revolution in Pakistan started off with bigger vehicles. The entry barrier in electric mobility remains very high due to high prices, but this gives JMEV EV3 an edge. Other vehicles in the hatchback segment are mostly micro-EVs, which are severely stripped-down commuter cars. JMEV EV3 bridges the middle-class affordability gap and offers a proper hatchback option for people looking to enter the electric era from an ICE hatchback.
The JMEV EV3 was originally revealed for the Pakistani market back at the Pakistan Auto Parts Show (PAPS 2025), and later in March 2026, bookings were opened. Its first batch of vehicles arrived in Pakistan last month, and now the very first customers of JMEV EV3 have started to receive their vehicles.
